I'm a software entrepreneur and academic with expertise in philosophy of technology, science and information. I am CTO of Telogical Systems, a business intelligence firm with software on thousands of call center desktops. I received an M.A. in Philosophy from Catholic University with a thesis on "Bolzano's Philosophy of Science". Currently doing research on semantic computing, formal ontology in information systems, philosophy of design and the foundations of computer science. I live with my wife, Veronika, and son, Martin, in Washington DC.
